5 Top Telemarketing Tips
Here are Liz's top tips on making that perfect call:
1) Be positive on calls- smile and always stay polite and friendly.
2) Don't work from a script- stay flexible on your approach to people- it is a conversation and needs to go both ways!
3) Call when you feel most energetic and lively- people can hear your energy in your voice and will be more engaged.
4) Be human- react accordingly when people give you information and don't be afraid to make a joke of a situation which is funny.
5) Be honest and don't try and cover up your reasons for calling- people appreciate an open approach far more.
