People Matters Leadership Development Program
The Leadership Decvelopment Program will equip your Leaders with the knowledge and skills to improve their performance as leaders, they will in turn engage better with their people and their performance will improve and then in turn the company's performance and profit will increase.
Leadership Program Content
The program is broken down into ten parts and nine workshops.
Before the first module the delegates will be asked to complete two “Lumina” psychological profile questionnaires. Lumina Spark provides you with a greater enlightening insight into yourselves, your strengths and how you work and communicate with others.
In addition to this delegates will complete. “Lumina Leader” questionnaire which gives you a detailed insight into your leadership style, how you react under pressure, your leadership strengths and the areas that you can develop.
Each workshop gives you the space to put together a compelling Vision for your people to engage with and follow, a Mission which clearly sets out what your organisation and your people are there to do and a set of core Values which your people which is the moral compass of your business and an outline action plan to engage and develop your people and your organisation.

You will leave the program, delivered as one full day and six successive Wednesday mornings, as a more rounded and confident leader with a plan of action to take your business to the next level.
Executive Coaching
To enhance your learning, we include three hours of executive coaching for each delegate.
Session 9: Progress Review
Three months after the core programme, the delegates come back together to discuss how they have implemented the learning outcomes in their workplace.
We have two Leadership Development Programs this autumn, both being delivered on consecutive Wednesday mornings at Bolton Arena.
The first kicks off on 2nd October and the second starts on 7th November.
