Info@Insertyourcompanynamehere Tells People You Don't Care

No one likes to think they are inconsequential especially when they are talking to someone that they could be giving their hard earned money to.

But it happens all too often on the internet.

How many times have you sent an email to info@?I don't know about you but when I send an email to info or sales@ I picture it landing in some long-forgotten box that only gets checked by the work experienced kid once every six months.

Companies should be trying to build as many personal relationships with their customers as possible.

Info@ instantly destroys anything that could be considered personal.

It's the equivalent of press1 for customer service, press 2 for...etc.

Customers should be treated with respect at all times and little things like sending an email to an actual person helps build that respect.

Putting a person's name at the front of an edress takes no effort at all but it sends a message to customers: you are talking to a real person and they will deal with you personally.

That can only be a good thing, can't it?

So does your company have an info@, if it does when are you going to change it?
