We are delighted to announce that Jobwise have teamed up with Healthperks Ltd for another of our successful employment breakfast seminars.
It can be difficult to tune out distractions and devote 100% attention to any given situation, especially in the workplace. Our attention is being constantly hijacked by emails, phone calls, social media notifications, tasks and team members to name but a few.
One way to decrease stress and increase efficiency among your team members is to encourage them to practice mindfulness, which has been proven to be an effective tool to counteract this problem. Research shows that being present and mindful means being more focused and productive.
Adel Houten, Director of Healthperks Ltd will discuss some strategies recommended to introduce mindfulness into your organisation, and also take you through a mindful practice exercise so you can experience the benefits first hand.
