While they deal with the latest high-tech products, their level of customer service is decidedly old fashioned. They don’t have call centres - they have dedicated account managers that know your business and your name. They will take ownership of orders and any issues you may have. They will also make sure you’re kept up to date with our latest cost saving deals. Should any problems arise you can be confident that we are dealing with it in a quick and efficient manner. How many companies can say that this day and age? If you are sick to death with dealing with companies that are unreliable, offer poor service, do not deliver on their promises, then speak to Sheldon and they promise they'll support you all the way.
