Setting a social media strategy

What are your objectives?

What do you want your strategy to achieve?  It might be that you want your strategy to help with customer care, recruit a new employee, give away free useful information, increase brand awareness, build and increase more followers or likes or ultimately create more new business.

Who is your target audience?

What sectors do you specialise in, who are your prospects and clients and where will you find them?

Put your strategy into action

Once your planning phase is complete, you should be ready to implement and assess your strategy.

Evaluate your strategy

It is important that you give your strategy a little time to gather momentum for a few months and then undertake an evaluation to determine whether your strategy has achieved your objectives.

By implementing a strategy that is communicated throughout your organisation will ensure you achieve even better results!
