Mental Health Online Training

Did you know that that furloughed staff can still complete training? Adel Houten at HealthPerks Ltd is offering hashtagmental health awareness online training courses, certified by Mental Health First Aid England. This course will help people spot the signs of mental ill health in themselves and others PLUS give them help with self care, isolation and uncertainty, which has shown to increase mental ill health.
